Happy New Year!

2013 was a monumental year for LCCB.  We built the brewery from the ground up, brewed our first beers and opened our doors to a beer thirsty public.

We are going to kick off 2014 with expanded tasting room hours and exclusive Tasting Room only beers.

Shannon Ely, our Tasting Room Manager has decided to add Wednesdays and Thursdays to the Tasting Room.  We will be open from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. on those days moving forward.

Here’s the Tasting Room schedule:

Mondays and Tuesdays: Closed

Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays: 3 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Saturdays and Sundays: 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.

In addition to expanding the Tasting Rooms hours in 2014 we will also have products that will be available exclusively in the Tasting Room starting this Friday.

This coming weekend we will feature a very limited batch of a dry-hopped version of Three Chopt Tripel and starting in 2 weeks we will have a new cask-conditioned pin every weekend.  The first of which will be a Rosemary infused Short Pump Saison.
