Lickinghole Creek Craft Brewery, Virginia’s Farm Brewery, proudly supports the local 501 C3 non-profits. LCCB donates $1 for every barrel sold wholesale and $10 for every barrel sold for on-premise retail to the non-profit of the month.

Non Profits of the Month:
August, 2015Richmond Breweries United!  Since August is Virginia Craft Beer Month we figured there was not better time to support a fantastic group that’s purpose it to promote and grow awareness of the Richmond area breweries through tourism.

September, 2015RVAgriculture Inc.  RVAg, Inc. is the non-profit “wing” of ChiknEGG Productions, LLC. They are a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to creating Farmer’s Market Venues and providing much-needed Agricultural Education for little cost.

October, 2015Goochland Historical.  Founded in 1968, the Goochland County Historical Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, tax exempt educational organization created and operated for the presentation, preservation, and protection of Goochland County heritage and tradition.  To fulfill its mission, the Society has collected manuscripts, artifacts, genealogical, and architectural information pertaining to Goochland, and Virginia in general.  These resources, some of them rare and unique, are made available to the public at the Society’s Historical Center.

November, 2015J. Sargeant Reynold’s Sustainable Agriculture Program.  With the rapid growth in planning, production, and marketing of organically produced foods, there is an increasing need for qualified personnel trained in sustainable agriculture and organic food production methods. The Career Studies Certificate in Sustainable Agriculture is designed for persons interested in producing food crops for personal consumption or for sale to the public through farmers’ markets and other direct-to-consumer marketing strategies.

December, 2015: Massey Cancer Center.  The Massey Cancer Center’s mission is to serve as a comprehensive center of excellence in cancer research, prevention and control, patient care and education.  Their guiding principles are to make important discoveries about cancer and to translate these discoveries rapidly into better prevention, detection, treatment and control of cancer to enhance the quality of life of all individuals affected by cancer.
