Saturday July 5th come out to the farm to celebrate the Release of Pony Pasture Pilsner. Our head brewer David Achkio has been chomping at the bit for us to release a lager and this beer does not disappoint.
Pony Pasture Pilsner 5.7% ABV, 30 IBU
Pony Pasture Pilsner is a classic Bohemian Pilsner. Continental Pilsner Malt with a touch of Cara Malt comprise the structure of the beer. American Grown Sterling hops were utilized for bitter and aroma additions with that vintage Czech Saaz addition at 20 minutes for the noble aromatic blend of earth and spice that we love so much. Perfect for hot Virginia days down by the Rivah.
Bottles will be available for sale. One time brew. Just over 2,000 bottles available.
