Ah, the Tasting Room. We have had the most inconsistent tasting room hours in the history of craft beer. I’ll own that. Quite honestly, we did not think that we would have the demand that we’ve had to this point.
So, in an attempt to run a professional business, we have hired a Tasting Room Manager to oversee the operation of the Tasting Room and provide regularly scheduled Tasting Room Hours.
Here are the Tasting Room hours of operation moving forward:
Fridays 3 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturdays 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Sundays 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.
You can also be on the lookout for special one-offs in the tasting room in the near future. Short Pump Saison finished with Brett and Three Chopt Tripel dry hopped with New Zealand Motueka are a couple that are being worked on. Also, I may have saved a keg or two of Enlightened Despot that didn’t make it into the Pappy Barrels. Stay tuned for updates on when those will be released.
