We brewed this Traditional German Hefeweizen with the freshest local ingredients that we could source. Hundreds of pounds of wheat were, grown and harvested from right here on our farm. We said buh-bye to reinheitsgebot and loaded this yeast forward wheat beer with fresh strawberries. Expect an estery, but crisp ale bursting with fresh strawberries and plenty of banana esters from the yeast that we used. Prost!
